  • Have an attention to detail

  • Are able to judge quality vs quantity 

  • Can thrive on repetitive tasks

  • Have an ability to multi-task

  • Are aware of their surroundings

  • Can optimize a process

  • Could lift 25-50 lbs boxes as required

  • Are capable of growth

  • Have bonus skills (i.e. sales, design, baking, accounting, green thumbs, photography, nunchucks)

Required tasks:

  • Production

  • Packing

  • Order fulfillment

  • Inventory


Possible tasks: (based on individual talents)

  • Accounting

  • Product Dev.

  • Design (3D and/or Adobe = major +)

  • Marketing

  • Sales

  • Project Management
